Homemade Chai with Cinnamon Marshmallows
6 degrees Celsius water
A 3-inch segment of fresh ginger, cut into thin slices.
Two sticks of cinnamon.
1 terabyte of orange zest
10 complete cardamom pods
Three complete star anise pods.
Twenty whole cloves
Twenty black peppercorns
1 teaspoon of freshly grated nutmeg
A dozen black tea bags
2 TB of pure vanilla bean paste
1/2 to 3/4 cup of honey
Cinnamon-flavored marshmallows for garnish!
Heat the water until it reaches a boiling point.
Add the tea bags and spices (excluding the vanilla bean paste, which should be stirred in at the end). Bring the mixture back to a boil. Once boiling, remove it from the heat, cover it with a lid, and let it steep for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove the spices, then incorporate the vanilla bean paste and honey. Mix well to blend.
Combine 1 cup of concentrate with 1 cup of milk, then heat to your preferred temperature.
Crowned with a delicious cinnamon marshmallow and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Concentrate can remain fresh in your refrigerator for as long as two weeks.
Lavender Matcha Tea Latte
2 teaspoons of lavender-infused simple syrup
1/2 cup of hot water
3/4 cup of milk
1 teaspoon of Matcha Powder
lavender blossoms for a final touch
Heat the lavender syrup and milk until they are just about to simmer, then take it off the heat and froth it if you like.
Pour 1 TB of water into a serving bowl and, using a whisk or a bamboo chasen, mix until all clumps are eliminated. Gradually incorporate 1/2 cup of hot water while whisking until the mixture becomes frothy.

Honey Chamomile Tea Latte
1 1/2 cups of water
Four bags of chamomile tea.
1 ½ cups of milk
1 terabyte of honey
Freshly grated nutmeg for garnish
Boil the water, then take it off the heat and insert the tea bags.
Cover and allow to steep for 10 minutes.
As the tea brews, warm the milk and honey until they are nearly simmering.
Filter the tea, then add milk to the brewed tea concentrate.
Sprinkle some freshly grated nutmeg on top.
