Pack Basket Weaving Class
Saturday, January 11, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Lyons Farmette, located at 4121 Ute Hwy. The cost is $250 and above.

Crafters of every experience level are invited to join this two-day workshop hosted by Lyons-based artist and poet April Tierney. Kicking off on January 11, with a follow-up session on January 18, this workshop will teach you the fundamentals of crafting your own functional piece of wearable art. No prior experience necessary.

Open Pinball Championship

Dive headfirst into the exciting open tournament at Lyons Classic Pinball! Participants will be divided into groups of 7-8, battling it out in direct matchups, with every player guaranteed to play six games. The top eight competitors will then vie for cash prizes in a three-game series, grouped into teams of four. Plus, you'll earn WPPR points, allowing you to become an internationally ranked pinball player simply by joining the action! 

The Gentlethem’s Society: A Reimagined Queer Cabaret Experience 
Join us for an evening of music on Saturday, January 11, from 8 to 11 p.m. at the Roots Music Project, located at 4747 Pearl St., Suite V3A in Boulder. Tickets start at $40.

Boulder Phil: A Journey from the New World

Violinist Tessa Lark will grace the stage alongside the Boulder Philharmonic, delivering powerful performances of Michael Torke’s acclaimed “Sky,” which has received both Grammy and Pulitzer nominations. Additionally, the concert will feature the world premiere of Stephen Lias’s “Wind, Water, Sand,” inspired by his time as composer-in-residence at various U.S. National Parks, including Colorado’s Great Sand Dunes National Park.
