It's been nearly two months since Full House star Dave Coulier revealed that he was battling stage 3 Non-Hodgkin lymphoma, and in the latest episode of his "Full House Rewind" podcast, he shared an update with fans as he is undergoing treatment.
Coulier likened his experience with cancer to a "roller coaster ride," revealing that he has been dealing with various "side effects." Dave elaborated, "It truly feels like a roller coaster. There are different reactions happening. For those who have been following the show or listening in, you know it’s a wild ride, because the side effects bring about their own issues — then you introduce medications to mitigate those, and so on. It’s like a never-ending mix where your body is constantly in a state of fight or flight, and you’re just trying to navigate how to cope with steroids, adapt to the chemotherapy regimen, and manage all the additional treatments."
Dave remarked, "You see, your body is engaged in a struggle. It's somewhat of an internal conflict."
In general, Joey Gladstone from Full House has expressed that he is "feeling good," but he did acknowledge the challenge of being without hair as a result of chemotherapy, stating, "I haven't had any hair growth at this point."
