Misty Gibson welcomed her son, Zayne, into the world at just 25 weeks of gestation, making him an extremely preterm baby. He required nearly four months of care in the NICU at WVU Medicine Children’s.

The group offered guidance, camaraderie, and motivation as Gibson navigated the challenges of infertility, grief, and premature birth. Ultimately, it transformed into her sanctuary for healing, largely due to her steadfast support and the counseling she provided to others.
