A relationship advisor and influencer has opened up about her no-nonsense secret to dropping an impressive fifteen pounds in just three weeks.
Norah Harts offered a peek behind the curtain at her simple yet effective weight loss strategies through a viral TikTok clip. The straight-talking Norah confessed to her followers: "Listen, I'm lazy, okay? I'm not going to do any of that. It was really just some really small lifestyle changes."
She chalked up a major part of her slim-down success to cutting out alcohol entirely, admitting: "I was drinking way too much and I noticed it was taking a toll on my physical health." In addition to alcohol, she scaled back on eating out, explaining,: "One of my favourites right now is the crispy Caesar salad, because I don't like grilled chicken that much. A whole serving that makes me full is only 250 calories."
She has taken on a new running routine, even though she's not particularly fond of exercising. She expressed, "As someone who has never managed to run for more than two minutes in my life, I struggled to complete a mile on the first day, but this morning I ran two miles. I feel incredibly proud of my achievement."
Norah delivered an inspiring message to individuals who consider themselves 'lazy': "As someone who has felt lazy, I never imagined I could enjoy running and exercising like this. My workout routine consists of going to the gym, and for now, I focus on running instead of lifting weights."
Her video has since gone viral, with viewers sharing their weight loss stories, emphasizing that everyone has their own path, reports the Express. Danielle commented: "I barely drink alcohol, stopped eating out and try to drink mostly water (with the exception of coffee or energy drink) and still can't lose my belly."
Alondra shared her journey in cutting back on dining out: "The MOST CHALLENGING aspect is avoiding restaurants. I'm gradually improving. I still give in occasionally, but it's an improvement from my previous habits of eating out for every meal."
Bella recommended, "Consider doing Pilates for 30 minutes daily; it has really boosted my mood, helped me stay active, and brought me joy." In response to Ali Szubiak's inquiry, Norah also shared a new video featuring her highly anticipated crispy chicken Caesar salad recipe.
Speaking to her audience, Norah shared, "As we dive into today's topic, I want to emphasize the importance of balance. I still treat myself to pizza rolls when the craving hits, but I don't indulge in them daily." To maintain her love for "delicious, crispy fried food," Norah incorporated US Perdue SimplySmart Organic crispy chicken into her meal choices.
"I've got a couple of those tenders, and I tossed them in the air fryer," she explained while detailing her recipe. For her lunch, she chooses a ready-to-use chopping salad kit that comes with Caesar dressing, croutons, and spices.
Norah expressed her love for this favorite side dish, saying, "It really satisfies my appetite; I can pile that bowl quite high." She also mentioned that this salad is gentle on her lactose-intolerant digestive system, making it an ideal option for her lunch.
