(a) Return

If any items you purchased fail to meet your expectation, including defective, damaged, not as described, you can return them for a refund. Please attach the photos of the item you received to the email which you contact our service team in order to make a return. In this way, we can improve our service quality and fulfill your return request as soon as possible.

To be eligible for returns, please confirm that:

Customers have 14 days from the date of receive to change their mind and return the items without explaining the reason and inspirelf/inspirelf.com has to issue a refund. You can request a return by contacting us at service@inspirelf.com. After receiving the returned item, ablueroof/ablueroof.com has to issue a refund back to the customers' account.

Return shipping costs: The buyer bears the return or exchange shipping costs.

Goods that cannot be returned for exchange.
1. Clearance sale goods.
2. Lingerie, underwear, pajamas, swimwear, tights, beads jewelry, and accessories.

Requirements for returned goods: 
1. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
2. The return address is the address given in the customer service email: service@inspirelf.com.
3. Please include your name, telephone number, address, and a copy of the invoice/receipt.

4.Please note that, in the case of the size issue, you may attach a photo of the label with the SKU on the transparent package bag to your email, so that our customer service can process your request more quickly.

(b) Damaged Products

Any items damaged on arrival can be returned to inspirelf/inspirelf.com for a full refund. Please note that if the damage is only limited to the packing outside and the contents remain intact, products will not be considered damaged.

If you want to return your products, please contact us at service@inspirelf.com to get a return address.

(d) Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, Within 7 days.

Refund form: 
1. original shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
2. Returned by the original route. The time taken to receive a refund depends on your payment method. Usually, it takes 24 hours for Paypal and 7-15 working days for the credit card.

(e) Cancellation

You can cancel your order before your item is shipped:

(1) Your order could be fully refunded within 24 hours after purchase if it has not been shipped.

(2) Your order could only be partially refunded more than 24 hours after purchasing.

Guaranteed Delivery Terms and Conditions

The following requirements must be met to qualify for a delivery guarantee refund:

  • The shipping method selected is the shipping option advertised on a product detail page.
  • Order is shipping to an eligible address.
  • Order is placed before the "order within" countdown listed on the checkout page. The "order within" countdown timer provides the window of time in which you must place your order to receive your delivery by the date shown. That delivery date may become unavailable within that window of time due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity before you place your order. Your confirmed delivery date is included in your order confirmation E-mail. Contact us with any concerns.
  • If your order contains items that aren't eligible for guaranteed delivery, shipping preference "Ship my items as they become available" is selected.
  • Your credit or debit card must be successfully charged before the deadline displayed on the checkout page.
  • The guarantee does not apply if we miss our promised delivery date because of an unforeseen circumstance outside of our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, or severe winter storm. Also, delivery scans might be inaccurate.
